This is a plain-language notice about this website as it is today. Before we add any sign-up form, a lawyer will review it under Türkiye’s personal data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

This website

  • Sets no cookies.
  • Has no analytics, no trackers and no advertising.
  • Loads nothing from third parties. The fonts and every other file come from this site.
  • Has no forms, and doesn’t ask you for any personal data.

Hosting

Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as IP addresses, in order to deliver these pages to you.

If you email us

We use your email address and what you write only to reply to you. We don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t share your message. You can ask us to delete it.

The product, once it’s available

Mastertake isn’t available to the public yet. These are the principles it is being built on:

  • Your audio is analyzed on your own device. It is never uploaded.
  • Only the measurements, your intent card and the notes you choose to share are sent to the AI provider, Anthropic, and only with your consent.
  • Nothing is recorded in the room. There is no always-on microphone.
  • You can delete your notes, and anything built from them is deleted too.
  • For now, only adults (18 and over) can take part.

Before anyone outside the studio uses it, there will be a full privacy notice and terms of use, reviewed by a lawyer.

Your rights

Under KVKK you can ask whether we hold personal data about you and what it is, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
